What to expect from our interview process:
We believe in a thoughtful, respectful hiring experience. Here's what it typically looks like (additional rounds may be added depending on the type and level of role):

★ First Round Phone Interview with HR: a relaxed conversation to learn about your background, interests, and to discuss salary and any additional travel/location specifications.

★ Second round 1:1 with the hiring manager: a deeper conversation where you'll get a feel for the team, the day-to-day work, and how you can make an impact.

✏️ Skills assessment (as needed): we may ask you to complete a short, relevant exercise to showcase your abilities. This could be an artifact request, a task prompt, or a review of portfolio work samples. We keep it focused and respect your time; it's meant to be a fair way for you to demonstrate your strengths.

★ A Third Round Panel Interview: a collaborative conversation with a few team members. It's a chance to share your ideas and meet potential colleagues.

We aim to move quickly and keep you informed at every step. No unnecessary delays, no surprises.
